By placing an order through Bookiso you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures.
- 1 DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 1-day return policy, which means you have 1 days request a return if you not received your order on time to your email. If order is delivered to your email no refund is available.
- RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you can contact us at info@bookiso.com or call us at +1-234-773-3456. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return information to your email.
- REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve approved or not your return request. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
